I'd like to give a big shout out to the team at Sayers Tools in Melbourne. Firstly I'd like to say that I have never dealt with nor heard of Sayers Tools, prior to making this transaction. On Wednesday night I emailed Sayers Tools about a plasterboard lifter I was interested in purchasing. Surprisingly they emailed me back at around 9pm that night. I followed up with another email at aroyund 7.30am on Thursday morning and they bounced back an email immediately. By 8.15am, I had made an online purchase, which was immediately followed up with an agreement by Sayers Tools that the item would be delivered on a skid via a driver with a tailgate lifter as the item was quite heavy. The item was delivered to my home in Sydney at 2.30pm the following day. Well done Sayers Tools... great price, good communication and amazing delivery timeframes.
